When you submit a quote request we introduce it to a single licensed agent or agency — the one whose advertisement you responded to. They are named on screen the moment you submit, and again in the confirmation email. Your details are not sold on, shared with other businesses, or passed to a lead marketplace.
What these partners receive
- The property and coverage information you provided
- Your name, property address, email address and telephone number
- A record of the consent you provided, including a TrustedForm certificate
Each partner uses your information under its own privacy policy. To exercise your rights against a specific partner — including asking them to stop contacting you — you will need to contact that partner directly.
Stopping contact
To stop hearing from us, use our Do Not Sell or Share My Information page, reply STOP to any text message, or use the unsubscribe link in any email. To stop hearing from a partner who already received your information, contact that partner directly and ask to be added to their internal do-not-call list. You may also register your number with the National Do Not Call Registry at donotcall.gov.
